On-line Booking conditions

If you book on-line using our secure booking system, on-line booking conditions and cancellation policy will be applied. Pleaase read carefully before booking

For all the other bookings the following terms and conditions will be applied.

Other Booking conditions

Once the reservation is confirmed the following policy will be applied:

• 30% of your stay will be charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation;
• For reservations until three days is required the cost of one night;
• The balance due will be paid at check-out, the total charge will include any extra charges incurred during your stay.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation:

• No sum will be charged for a cancellation made 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• 50 % of your total stay charge for late cancellations.
• 100 % of your stay charge for no shows during your appointed reservation dates, without prior notice or modifications.

In the result of a cancellation, money will be refunded by method of payment used for the reservation, including credit card. We accept all credit cards except American Express and Diners.

In the case of a one night or week-end stay for Easter, Christmas and/or bank holiday breaks, the total amount may be requested in advance to secure your reservation.
